Here at Ultimate Health and Fitness we have a fully equipped weights studio. We have a range of equipment to help you get into shape – resistance machines, kettlebells, dumbbells, the awesome prowler sled etc. Hang on a minute, I hear you say, weight training? Won’t I get big and bulky? No, you won’t get big and bulky by lifting weights, not unless you want to! Lifting weights builds muscle. Muscle burns calories which in turn leads to fat loss. Join our small friendly group sessions and you will receive training from our expert coaches. All the benefits of 1-1 personal training but at a fraction of the cost. It’s affordable, fun and motivational!

You get a choice of daily time slots, Monday to Saturday, see our class timetable. With just 3 x 45 minute sessions a week, you will start seeing results.

The routines are changed monthly and we work on the legs, arms, bums, tums, chest and core, throughout the week. 

The routines may be hard work but we make them fun. In no time at all, you will reap the benefits and start seeing results. All we ask is for you to give 100%!

Before purchasing your membership we ask you to pop along for a free, friendly, no obligation consultation and you will also get the opportunity to look around the facilities as well.
All consultations are by appointment only.
You’ll be asked to complete an online lifestyle questionnaire, when you join, so that we get to find out more about your goals, physical activity, eating habits etc. This enables us to plan your own bespoke transformation programme.
