We offer a Full Money Back Guarantee on our initial programme if you have not seen improvements in your body composition, fitness, energy levels and motivation.
To claim this guarantee you must meet all of the criteria below:
- Completed a minimum of 4 weeks of training – 28 Day Programs
Completed a minimum of 6 weeks of training – 6 Week Programs
Completed a minimum of 8 weeks of training – 8 Week Programs
- A 90% (or above) training session attendance (based on a minimum of 3 sessions per week) over the last 4 weeks which has been recorded within our booking system, in the case of the 28 Day Programs.
An 80% (or above) training session attendance (based on a minimum of 3 sessions per week) over the last 6 weeks which has been recorded within our booking system, in the case of the 6 Week Programs.
An 80% (or above) training session attendance (based on a minimum of 3 sessions per week) over the last 8 weeks which has been recorded within our booking system, in the case of the 8 Week Programs.
- Followed the nutritional guidance offered by Ultimate Health & Fitness.
- Booked on at least one progress call with the coach.
Refunds & Cancellation
In compliance with UK Consumer Regulations for services you may cancel your order or subscription within 14 days of placing your order.
In the case of commencing training at your request, within 14 days of your order you will be deemed to have benefited from our services. If you decide to cancel within the 14 days statutory period after placing your order the value of such services will be deducted from any refund issued at a rate £25 per week or part there of.
Making payment is deemed sufficient intent for placing an order and entering into an agreement for services regardless of whether a signed agreement has or has not been completed.

Cancellation Policy – UHF Monthly Membership
Ultimate Health and Fitness understands that personal circumstances may change and has a fair and reasonable cancellation policy.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please write to email@example.com, giving us no less than 31 days’ notice*. Please state your reason for cancelling.
*Note: Late notice will result in any scheduled payments running as normal and will not be refunded.
If you are unable to train long term due to injury, sickness or pregnancy, you may request that your membership be put on hold (at the discretion of Ultimate Health and Fitness) but for not less than one month.
Please put your request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance.

Note: Memberships cannot be put on hold to take holidays.
