I started my Transformation journey back in August having struggled to build lean muscle despite lifting weights on a weekly basis. I quickly realised under the guidance from Chris, that it wasn’t what you lifted but how you lifted it.
Chris has given me a completely fresh approach to training and how to fuel my body efficiently. I’ve now started to achieve results I could only have hoped for back in the summer.
Chris lives and breathes fitness and is a brilliant motivator in pushing the best out of you no matter whether your a novice, amateur or pro in the gym.
This is just the start for me and knowing I have flexibility in my training and nutrition because of gaining balance and being smart I don’t feel a shed of guilt when heading to the pub for a beer on a Friday night. Thank you Chris!
