I need to put my membership on hold (applicable to our rolling Monthly Memberships)

If you unable to train long term due to physical ability, injury, loss of job or pregnancy you may request your membership be put on hold (but for no less than one month).
30 days’ notice before your next billing date must be given for any reasons not listed above.

Note: Late notice in all cases will result in any scheduled payments running as normal and will not be refunded

Cancelling your direct debit instruction before we are notified of your intent, is not sufficient.

Your membership cannot be put on hold for less than one month and for no more than 3 months, after which the membership will be cancelled.
Your membership will be put on hold the day before your next scheduled payment date, e.g. if your payment date is the 19th of the month, your membership will be put on hold on the 18th.

I need to cancel my membership

You can cancel your membership anytime within the first 14 days from the day of registration*. After that you may cancel your membership with 30 days’ notice before your next billing date, i.e. one more payment will come out (applicable to all our rolling Monthly Memberships).
This should be done by written confirmation to info@ultimatehealth-fitness.co.uk

How far in advance can I book on or cancel my session?
Registrations open
7 days before the session starts
Registrations close
4 hours before the session
Cancellation cut-off
4 hours before the session starts
Cancellations after this point are late cancels
 
Can I just turn up to a session if I’ve missed the registration cut-off time?
We ask all members to pre-book their sessions only. The coaches are unable to book members on.
In the event of an emergency, we also need to know how many people are in the building. 
Don’t worry, if you have missed the cut-off time for registering on a class, please WhatsApp Yvonne, our Membership Officer, on 07597 362609 who will be more than happy to help and book you on, if spaces are available.
 
I need to cancel or rearrange my session…..

Sessions can be cancelled and rearranged up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time via your booking app.
Cancellations after the 4 hour cut off are classed as late cancels.

I’m running late for a session…..
We understand things can happen, but all we ask you to do, is to let us know, if you can. Either contact the coach or preferably contact our Membership Officer – Yvonne, on 07597 362609.
 
I’ve cancelled my session after the cut off time. Can I get it credited?

Late cancellations to a class will only be credited at the discretion of UHF management and for valid reasons only. The cancellation cut off time is 4 hours before the class starts.
Unfortunately, no shows cannot be credited.

I’ve missed a few sessions. Can I roll over sessions to the following week or month after?

Unfortunately, sessions cannot be rolled over to the following week or month.

How many sessions a week can I book?

The 30 Day Start Up allows you to book 3 x SGPT sessions per week and 12 sessions in all.
Our Gold Monthly Membership allows you to book 3 x SGPT sessions per week. The Silver Membership allows you to book 2 x SGPT sessions per week.

*In addition members are able to book on the bonus Sweat Saturday session and 1 x solo training session per week in our Strength Room.
*Note: these extra sessions cannot be exchanged for SGPT sessions.

If you wish to attend more than 3 x SGPT sessions per week, please contact us for more information on our Platinum Membership, which is 4 x SGPT sessions per week.

Whenever you refer a friend or family member, please give them your referral code, which can be found within your membership account.

You will then receive an account credit when they sign up to any of our Monthly Memberships.

Do you need that little bit of extra support or advice about your training or nutrition?

Every last Friday of the month you’ll receive your Monthly Check-in email.

We’ll help you set new goals, implement new action steps and advise you on how to improve upon, in the areas you may highlight after having completed the form.

Or just let us know how great you’re getting on!!

Aim to have the form completed and submitted by the following Monday by 12pm if possible.
